Private estate weddings are beautiful and this one at High Elms Manor in Hertfordshire was exceptional. Described as one of the finest and most dignified estates in the county, it was obvious why Amanda and Paul chose to hold their wedding reception at the manor.
Backing up only a couple of months I remember sitting in the garden on a glorious late summers afternoon with Amanda and Paul and going over their wedding day. Amanda’s kind, sweet nature was infectious and I couldn’t wait for their wedding day.
The day itself, much like that summers days, was beautiful with the sun beating down on the couple all day. I started the wedding photography coverage at the couples very stylish home where I was greeted with croissants and coffee, it doesn’t get much better than that. The girls were getting ready and there was this amazing feeling of excitement about the place.
I then made my way to the church to meet up with Paul who I can only describe as a gentleman. The emotional ceremony went well, after which we all made our way to the manor for the reception.
This day was truly wonderful and the family and friends invited were a great group to capture.
Enjoy these highlights of their wedding! Please feel free to comment.
