Greenwich Wedding Photography: If you follow my blog regularly you will know that this year has been extremely busy with weddings. With 53 weddings booked in 2012 you will forgiven for thinking that weddings can become mundane for me. Well far from it actually, every wedding I photograph I give the same care, commitment and attention to detail as the last. It may be my 53rd wedding of the year but it’s your first wedding together and that I never forget.
Peggy and Nigel’s Greenwich wedding was one of those weddings that simply flew by… it genuinely was a fantastic day from start to finish. I was made to feel very welcome when I met Peggy at her home for her the bridal preparation photos. When I got to the Roman Catholic Church of the Faithful Virgin in Upper Norwood Nigel was there already greeting his guests. It was lovely to see the Oriental Tea ceremony being incorporated into the wedding ceremony.
One thing that really attracted me to Peggy and Nigel’s wedding was their appreciation for the photographs. The wedding photography was a very important aspect of their day. Like most of my clients they asked for lots of natural moments but also some beautiful portraits of them together. They didn’t want to spend hours on the groups shots either however were keen on a select number of family and friend photos.
Anyway, here’s a few of the photos from Peggy and Nigel’s Greenwich wedding at the fantastic Devonport House in Greenwich.
