Archbishops Palace Wedding Photographer

Archbishops Palace Wedding Photographer: I love it when a bride and groom love photography and are up for trying out some new things. Predominantly I am reportage wedding photographer but I do enjoy creating different stylized images. Carolee-Ann and Zach got married in the beautiful Archbishop’s Palace in Maidstone, Kent. It was a small affair with just close family and friends. We then headed off to the Swan Restaurant, a Michelin Listed Brasserie in West Malling, Kent. Wow, what a trendy, relaxing place to have a wedding reception in Kent.

Formerly part of the Manor of Maidstone, the Archbishops’ Palace was mainly built by Archbishop Courtenay in the late 14th century. The manor of Maidstone was given to the Archbishops by Rector William de Cornhill in 1207 to be used as a resting-place for Archbishops travelling between London and Canterbury and is linked to Palaces at Charing, Otford and Croydon.

Here are some photos from the day, I hope you enjoy them and please feel free to comment.

Iain, Thank you again! I love my photos!! You captured many moments and I love them all!! In hindsight… I should have kept you longer… some of the guests started to play around with the props later and enjoyed the madness! Much love C
