Rowhill Grange in Bexley Wedding Photography: Last weekend I was in Bexley in Kent to photograph the wedding of Gemma and Danny. I first met the couple one Sunday morning last year in their home where we discussed their wedding day.

The day came around very quickly and before I knew it I was at Rowhill Grange waiting to photograph Gemma getting ready before she headed off to St Johns church in Bexley for the service. A big thank you to the church for their hospitality and cooperation.

This year, as you probably know, hasn’t been the best summer and the wedding day was no exception… it was raining hard for most of the day. This is when the skills of an experienced photographer really shows. We were fortunate as the weather did break for a short while so managed to get outside for some shots.

This was my first time as a Rowhill Grange wedding photographer and I was very impressed with the venue. It’s an 18th century country house surrounded by acres of stunning gardens, a beautiful lake and tended gardens, right in the heart of Kent.  The interior is very contemporary, which as a modern wedding photographer, I love.
