Tower of London Wedding Photography

Tower of London Wedding PhotographyTower of London Wedding Photography: I first met Ali and Tom last November, and I like always do before committing to a wedding, we met for a coffee and chat about their wedding day. When the couple told me they were getting married at the Tower of London I was very excited. This I not an opportunity that presents itself too often so I was thrilled when Ali and Tom asked me to photograph their wedding day.  So the wedding ceremony at the Tower of London and the  reception to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Docklands. I short boat ride down the Thames.

Being booked for a wedding at the Tower of London is a huge honour, as is being booked for any wedding. I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have a profession that I enjoy.

One of the challenges of winter wedding photography at the Tower of london is obviously the weather… The day itself, despite not being warm  was OK. All of the important outdoor moments of the wedding day were dry, and that’s all you can really ask for.

As a wedding photographer the Tower of London is awesome, not only because of the fantastic surroundings and history but also the crowds of people cheering and wishing the couple congratulations.

As the couple chose this historic London wedding venue to get marred at, I wanted to make sure their Tower of London wedding photos lived up to their expectations.

Here are a few from the day… I hope you like them.
