Trafalgar Tavern Greenwich Wedding Photography Clare & Paul: and the story goes something like this. I bumped into Clare and Paul simply by chance… I was at the Trafalgar Tavern in Greenwich last year getting ready to photograph a wedding when they came into the Nelson Banqueting Rooms to have a look for their own wedding. We got chatting and I handed them a business card…. a few months later Paul got in touch and their search for a wedding photographer was done
Clare and Paul’s wedding day started early for me in a hairdressing salon in Bromley. Clare’s prep was well under way by the time I arrived to meet her, her sister and young daughter. The mood was relaxed and calm, which is always nice. After spending about 30 minutes with Clare I (and my assistant, Ernie) made our way to Clare’s home to get some photos of the car before going to meet Paul in Keston. Clare and Paul really had been very lucky with the weather as it was warm and sunny and Paul and his guests were enjoying a pre wedding drinkie in the sun. Before long we jumped onto the Routermaster bus to head to the wedding ceremony at the Trafalgar Tavern in Greenwich.
I’m very experienced photographing weddings at the Trafalgar Tavern so was looking forward to sharing the day with them and their guests. It’s always great to see how couples decorate and put their own personalities into their wedding day… not only the table decorations but even things like the favours and the choice of music for the first dance.
I’d like to thank Clare and Paul for asking me to photograph their wedding day, it really was great day.
Also thanks to Ernie Saverese and Chuck for your help during the day.
Here are a few images from the day which I hope you enjoy. If you like them too please feel free to leave a comment.
