Kent Life Wedding Photographer: For the second time in a couple of weeks I was at Kent Life to photograph a cool and relaxed wedding. This time I was with Emma and Chris who had decided to tie the knot at this rather unique wedding venue in Kent. I knew Chris, the groom, as I photographed his sisters wedding a couple of years ago, so it was lovely to meet up with his family again.

Kent Life Wedding Photography: So when another wedding photographer asked me to photograph his wedding I have to say I was extremely honoured. Martin Hobby is not just any wedding photographer either, he knows his stuff when it comes to wedding photography. He was announced as the SWPP Events Photographer of the Year so was the pressure on for me???? maybe 😉 Dawn his wife to be isn’t exactly a novice with the camera either so even more pressure.
Asian Hindu Wedding Photography in London: Quite simply I love photographing Asian Hindu wedding ceremonies. The colours, the detail and the food which I am always invited to share with the couple and their family and friends. So I was absolutely delighted when Barathy and Jon asked me to be their London Hindu Wedding Photographer as well as their Kent Wedding Photographer.
As I have good experience photographing Hindu wedding ceremonies in London I knew what to expect, fast pace, exhilarating and exhausting… just how I like it and Barathy and Jon’s Hindu wedding was no exception.
Wedding Photographers in Kent: Last Saturday I was back in the garden of England for a beautiful summer wedding in Kent. Sam and David were married at Deal Town Hall which is a lovely Grade II listed building , built in 1803, perfect for wedding ceremonies in Kent. As a Kent wedding photographer it was my first time photographing at the Town Hall.
I started the day by visiting Sam at her mums house to get some informal bridal preparation photos. The atmosphere was very relaxed, calm and welcoming. Sam looked amazing in her dress.
Pine Calyx in Kent Wedding Photography: Just last Saturday I was back in Kent to photograph the wedding of Mark and Sam at Pine Calyx just next to St Margarets Bay in Kent. This totally unique building set into the chalk cliffs is a stunning wedding venue with views across to the white cliffs of Dover and beyond. My mobile phone even picked up a French network.
Asian Wedding Photography at Westerham Golf Club by Gomes Photography. A couple of weeks ago I was with Lee and Deepika to photograph their Hindu ceremony at Westerham Golf club in Kent . This was the second time this year that I have been asked to photograph a wedding at Westerham Golf Club. It’s a great venue with stunning views across the golf course. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
I really enjoy photographing Asian weddings as the vibrant colours, the fast pace and the finer details really compliments my style of wedding photography.
Kent Weddings: First of all apologies for the lack of blog posts recently. There really isn’t any excuse however a weeks holiday in Turkey plus back to back weddings has kept me busy. I know I said I know excuses but there you go 🙂
So Grant and Suzanne wedding, what can I say about their Kent wedding . Well first of all they had the weather for it… it was hot which was a nice change and something I wasn’t expecting. Grant and Suzanne are a cool relaxed couple who booked me last year to photograph their wedding.
Wedding Photography at High Rocks in Tunbridge Wells, Kent by Gomes Photography
I love photographing weddings at High Rocks in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. It really is one of those unique wedding venues which, if you’re brave enough can give you some of the most amazing wedding photos. Obviously you need an experienced wedding photographer to be able to see the images and come up with images that are unique and stylish 😉
Hall Place and Gardens in Bexley Kent Wedding Photography by Gomes Photography.
I first met Louise back in February when she asked me to photograph her wedding at Hall Place and Gardens in Bexley, Kent. Brandon, a US serving Soldier was back in the US so we had a chat over Skype to discuss their wedding photography requirements. Louise and Brandon wanted a mixture of natural documentary wedding photography with a few posed shots and a handful of groups.
Hop Farm in Kent Wedding Photography: My Jubilee weekend was very busy with three fantastic Kent weddings to photograph. On Jubilee Sunday I was at Hop Farm in Kent to photograph the open-air wedding of Emma and Chris. I knew that Emma was desperate for an outside wedding so I was a little worried when I arrived to find it raining and not looking likely to stop. When Chris arrived he seemed pretty calm and relaxed and was leaving the decision to have the ceremony outside or in to the bride (wise man). I was delighted to see the registrar who was at one of my weddings the previous week as he is a very relaxed man and appreciates it’s the brides day and was happy to accommodate her wishes. As he happens it stopped raining long enough to have the ceremony outside.
Kent Wedding Photographer: I first met Julie, what seems like years ago but was in fact only last October, at her home in Tunbridge Wells in Kent to discuss her May 2012 Wedding. Tim at the time was out working so Julie explained to me the plans for her wedding and the type of wedding photography she was after. Natural, not overly posed and lots of photos of family and friends having a good time. As this type of wedding photography is my speciality I was delighted when Julie and Tim commissioned me to be their Kent wedding photographer.
Wedding Photography at Westerham Golf club: Westerham Golf Club in Kent was opened in 1999 and very soon became a very popular wedding venue in Kent. The light and airy Valence Suite is a spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the stunning views of the golf club. The suite is used for the Wedding Ceremony and then transformed into a fantastic setting for the wedding breakfast.
Wedding Photography at Westerham Golf club is perfect both inside the venue and out on the course. The club gives both the bride and groom and your wedding photographer a golf buggy to drive out for some extra special personal shots. This is a fantastic time for the newly weds as it’s a moment by themselves to reflect on the day.
Hall Place and Gardens Wedding Photographer: Hall Place & Gardens certainly is a regal wedding venue, as soon as you walk in it offers that wow factor, it is very grand and has amazing architecture as you would expect from a Grade I listed Tudor house.
It was originally build for the Lord Mayor of London in the reign of Henry VII and has beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding the house.
